Our commitment to your satisfaction with clear guidelines for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Exchange Policy
We do not accept partial or used packs of supplies, or items returned in envelopes.
Return Policy
No returns or refunds are entertained on the following grounds:
- Customer not liking the design or pattern of product
- Slight paper or color variation from our online samples
In such circumstances, we entertain only exchange requests as per our exchange policy.
Colors displayed on your monitor may vary from our actual printed invitation cards. Silk handmade paper may vary both in GSM (grams per square meter) and color. A variation of ±10% is an acceptable norm worldwide. Minor variations are also possible in paper of other grades.
Refund Process
If you want to return the invitations, please write to us at sales@sastracard.com with complete details of why the cards should be returned.
Our personnel will try to resolve your problems first. In case no solution can be reached, your money will be refunded.
- Shipping costs to send goods to us are to be borne by the customer
- Refunds will be initiated only after receipt of goods in good condition
- Exchange amount is original amount paid less shipping costs of original order
